1. Free plan

Linkcle offers a free plan that allows you to explore the platform at no cost. No payment is required for the free plan, and therefore no refunds apply.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Linkcle offers paid subscription plans on a monthly and annual basis. We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans so you can evaluate the platform before being charged. We encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: you have been charged but did not use the platform during the billing period, you experienced a technical issue caused by Linkcle that significantly affected your ability to use the platform and our support team was unable to resolve it, or you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a billing error. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases: you simply changed your mind after subscribing, you forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you did not use your account during the subscription period, you violated our Terms and Conditions and your account was suspended or terminated as a result, or the refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the charge date.

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, refund requests submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date will be considered. After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include your registered email address, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges. You will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

Linkcle reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or a notification on the platform. Continued use of Linkcle after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
